Wall panel construction, using integrally-cast Concrete Thin Veneers, is beautiful, economical and fast. When the wall goes up, the veneer is already
in place. in addition, Concrete Thin Veneers are accurately sized and come with a wax coating for easy clean-up.

Manufactured to meet or exceed industry standards

In addition to exceeding the ASTM C1088 standards for dimensional and distortional tolerances, County Materials’ Concrete Thin Veneers meet or exceed the following PCI standards:

• Tolerance standard of plus 0 inches, minus 1/16 inch for any unit dimension 8 inches or less and overall tolerance of plus 0 inches, minus 3/32 inches for any unit dimension greater than 8 inches
• Out of Square: plus or minus 1/16 inch
• Efflorescence: “not effloresced”
• Cold Water Absorption at 24 hours: Maximum 6 percent
• Warpage: Consistent plane of plus 0 inches, minus 1/16 inch
• Tensile Bond Strength: Not less than 150 PSI when tested per modified ASTM E488. Epoxy steel plate with welded rod on a single brick face for each test
• Freeze Thaw Resistance: 50 cycles of freezing and thawing per
• ASTM C67 with no observable difference
• Modulus of Rupture: Not less than 250 PSI

Optional Surelok® Interlocking Brick Design

Concrete thin veneer units can be manufactured with specially designed dovetail channels on the back of each unit.
